"Reinae came recommended to us through a friend who used her to sell their old home and buy their new home. That friend holds people to an incredibly high bar, so we were surprised when she didn't have ~anything~ negative to say about Reinae. But then we got to know her and immediately understood why. We were impressed after the very first phone call. Reinae is sharp, attentive, honest and sprightly. She picked up on our tastes and lifestyle preference very quickly - we had a blast looking at homes with her. She was very honest about her hesitations with some properties and and even did some research before taking us out so we could cross off homes with known foundation issues. As first time homebuyers, we especially appreciated how patient she was during our various freakouts or when we asked the same question for the 10th time. She went above and beyond every step of the way. She's even made herself available when we had a small issue arise and made a few calls on our behalf. "I found Reinae through Google search. After extensive googling, I felt she was the best fit for us (my husband and I), who were relocating from SoCal to Austin, with no knowledge of this area, or any friends here. Now before I continue, I will mention there are plenty of reviews about how wonderful a person she is, and I will definitely get to that later, but I would like to begin my review of her knowledge and capabilities as a realtor. Firstly, Reinae is a realtor, any buyer, or seller can absolutely trust to look out for their best interest, be in in terms of buying or selling a property, in a timely, efficient, and most cost effectiveor profitable manner. As for knowledge of the local area ( and I use this in the broadest terms possible), she pretty much knows everything a realtor should, and as an Austinite, she knows so much more about things that a buyer, especially one from out of town, will find incredibly helpful and beneficial. A realtor I feel is someone, who can guide a buyer through the stressful process of buying a house without high pressure sales tactics, and be patient enough to let them decide ‘that’ one house which will eventually be called home. Reinae is that someone, who will guide you in the right direction but at the same time allow you to be the one deciding, which house is best for you and your family. As for helping an out of towner in purchasing a home here, I personally feel, she is definitely one of the best people you can find to help you in making this important and expensive endeavor, since home buying can become not just a costly mistake, but it’s also one that can really impact your life adversely, if done incorrectly. Which is why, you would need someone like her stepping in and helping you out, not just in completing the transaction but also ironing out all the kinks and watching out for all the small things that can make or break the deal. We moved here two weeks ago, and have completely utilized all the info she provided to help with home improvement and remodeling. She even helped direct us to her vet, for our beloved labs. Relocating and purchasing a property in a new town, would have been highly stressful if not for her help. Reinae went above and beyond what a realtor would have done and I can’t thank her enough for it. So those of you looking for a realtor, I sincerely wish you call her and you will know within minutes of speaking with her, she is the realtor for you. A lovely lady, who genuinely cares about her clients and is sincere in all her efforts, you can’t go wrong with Reinae."

"I could write a book on how good Reinae was, so I’ll try and sum it up. Got a job offer to move from Philly PA to Texas, and found Austin Home Girls based off stellar reviews. Knowing no one here, it was important to get a good realtor to rep us while being 1700 miles away. That being said, Reinae was everything and more. She spent two full days on our fly out here to help find homes. When we met in person my wife and I both got a folder full of homes, recent sold prices, trends, stats, etc etc. When settling on a home, she was our eyes, ears, and voice for alot of things that we couldn’t do once returning to Philly.
